Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TimeTide scheduling platform operated by SeekaHost Technologies Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using TimeTide (the "Service"), you confirm that you:
- Are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- If accepting on behalf of an organisation, have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms
2. Description of Service
TimeTide is a cloud-based scheduling platform that enables professionals and teams to:
- Create and share customisable booking pages for appointments and meetings
- Set and manage availability schedules with timezone detection
- Integrate with external calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook)
- Generate video conferencing links (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
- Send automated email notifications, confirmations, and reminders
- Manage team scheduling with round-robin and collective event assignments
- Access booking analytics, insights, and reporting

3. Account Registration and Security
To access most features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@timetide.app if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
TimeTide offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans (Pro and Team). Key billing terms:
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Price changes require at least 30 days' advance notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful scheduling and meeting management purposes, respect the rights and privacy of other users, honour bookings in good faith, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not violate laws, send spam, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, scrape data, impersonate others, resell the Service, or circumvent security measures. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
The TimeTide platform is owned by SeekaHost Technologies Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to host and display your content solely to provide the Service.
8. Third-Party Integrations
TimeTide integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. API Usage
API access is available for eligible plans. You must respect rate limits, keep API keys confidential, and not use the API to build competing services.
10. Team and Organisation Accounts
Team administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, and billing. Team members must comply with these Terms and any policies set by their administrator.
11. Service Availability and Support
We target 99.9% uptime. Support response times vary by plan: Free (best effort), Pro (within 24 hours), Team (within 4 hours on business days). Contact hello@timetide.app for support.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or £100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeekaHost Technologies Ltd. from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
16. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage informal resolution first by contacting hello@timetide.app. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, power failures, or cyberattacks.
19. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
