What's included in the free plan?

It's free forever — no credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan instantly with mid-cycle proration. Downgrades are scheduled at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to paid features until then.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

We don't currently offer a free trial, but our free plan lets you experience the core scheduling features before upgrading. When you upgrade, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund on annual plans.

How does team pricing work?

Team pricing is per user per month. The team owner manages billing, and each team member is counted towards the subscription. You can add or remove members at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. All payments are processed in GBP (£).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

For annual subscriptions, we offer a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. Features that exceed your new plan limits (e.g., extra event types, webhooks) are locked but preserved. Upgrading again unlocks everything.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes! Annual billing saves up to 33% compared to monthly. Pro drops from £7.50/month to £5/month, and Team drops from £10/month to £8/month.
